Thai Client Visit: YC Waterjet 6-Axis Robotic Cutter Becomes the Highlight

Yesterday, a delegation of Indian customers visited the YC Waterjet factory（YC Industry）, focusing on the company’s 6-axis robotic waterjet cutting equipment. The customer has a production base in Thailand and made the special trip to conduct in-depth discussions on cooperation in the field of automotive interior cutting.

In the morning, the two sides held a meeting in the YC Waterjet conference room. The YC Waterjet team introduced the company’s technical advantages and global service network. The customer explained the current production situation, cutting needs, and future plans of its Thailand factory. The two sides held practical discussions on equipment performance, process compatibility, and after-sales support. The customer said that with the continued growth of the Southeast Asian automotive market, its factory has an increasingly urgent need for high-precision, high-efficiency cutting equipment.

Afterwards, the customer visited the YC Waterjet production workshop and observed a live demonstration of the 6-axis robotic waterjet cutting equipment. With its flexible robotic arm structure and high-pressure waterjet technology, the equipment accurately completed cutting of complex curved surfaces, attracting great interest from the customer. YC Waterjet technicians explained on site the unique advantages of the equipment in automotive interior cutting—the single-arm 6-axis design enables multi-angle processing without dead angles, making it particularly suitable for fine cutting of automotive headliners, door panels, seats, and other interior parts. It also features smooth cuts, no heat deformation, and wide material adaptability. The customer spoke highly of the equipment’s stability and cutting accuracy, believing it is highly compatible with the automotive interior production needs of its Thailand factory.
