3. Welcome to send us your materials, and we will cut them into samples as required.  

After-sales Service
1. If the product proves detective during the warranty period, we will respond within 12 hours after receiving your request. Our operators will reach you by phone, fax and email. If you still don't know how to repair, we will dispatch our maintenance staff to your designated destinations within 48 hours of receiving your request. 
2. If you need to purchase wear parts, we will respond within 12 hours and provide technical support after receiving your request.
