YC Waterjet, a leading provider of advanced cutting solutions, has successfully wrapped up its participation in the prestigious ALUEXPO 2025, which was held last week in Istanbul, Turkey.

Waterjet cutting revolutionizes glass processing with cold-cutting precision (0.1mm), eliminating thermal stress/chips in laminated/optical glass while enabling complex shapes with eco-friendly operation.

From steel dragons to heart-shaped strawberries, waterjets (0.1mm precision) transform art, gastronomy and research, redefining industrial tool versatility.

Global leader YC Industry supplies Hypertherm-powered waterjets (420MPa) to 60+ nations, excelling in precision metal/stone cutting with 20 years' innovation.

Waterjet cutting machines offer customizable modules like drilling heads, laser height sensors, and hydraulic loaders—delivering precision (±0.1mm) for aerospace, stone, and electronics manufacturing with 30% efficiency gains.

Waterjet cutting is an indispensable machine to promotes the application of carbon fiber materials in Auto Industry.

YC's precision 5-axis waterjet enabled Swarovski's partner to process fragile crystal composites without cracks or burns, producing intricate architectural displays for Dubai while revolutionizing decorative material processing through non-thermal cutting technology.

"When YC's waterjet cut 65mm aluminum in 60 seconds during our Polish installation, our client became an instant brand ambassador to Irish visitors - the best validation of our quality-first approach," reported YC engineers in April 2019.

YC Waterjet machines require cold-weather precautions: (1) Use 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil in extreme cold and allow low-pressure warm-up; (2) Implement freeze protection with insulation jackets, daily system purging, component drying, and proper water drainage after operations.

This article introduces double cutting heads and multiple cutting heads water jet cutting machine of YC WATERJET. Double cutting heads or multiple cutting heads cutting refers to there are two or more cutting heads which wereinstalled on the cutting table ,can perform the cutting tasks with the same track at the same time.
