How to maintain water jet cutting machine in winter?

Publish Time: 2017-10-17     Origin: Site

Water jet cutting machine is the "Darling" of today's cutting machinery because of its wide range of application. As the water jet machine is also a kind of machinery, it is necessary to maintain it, especially in the cold winter.Now let's tell you about the winter maintenance measures for the water jet cutter:

First, because the water jet cutting machine is driven by the oil pump,the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is strictly required by the oil pump.But because the regional weather is different, so the maintenance measures of the oil pump are as follows:

1, In the extreme cold area should be replaced with 46# anti-wear oil in winter;

2, The area which temperature is around zero can not be changed, but the cold starting up must be running a few minutes at low pressure, when the working sound of the oil pump is normal then operate.

Second, because the water jet cutting machine is using water as the knife, most avoid freezing in winter.Therefore,areas prone to freezing in winter,we recommend the following insulation measures:

1, Give water jet cutting pump to wear ‘cotton-padded-jacket’;

2, Every day, when the machine is cold starting, you must be in progress for "baking" water jet, Until the end of the high-pressure tube appears drip;

3, Remove the cutting head after use every day then deposit it and keep warm;

4, Close water pump and open the oil pump after the daily using, and remove water from each part of the water jet cutting machine
