Main Advatages: Processed by this ultra-high-pressure cutting equipment, a wide variety of food can keep fresh or enable flavor conditioning without causing damage to its nutrition, color or texture. When exposed to pressures ranging from 50,000PSI to 60,000PSI for a short time (from 30 seconds to 2 minutes), food will be heated to achieve sterilization. This means the food cutting machine can eliminate the damaged microstructure and kill harmful pathogens such as E. coli and Listeria. It can also realize superior fermentation, fluid change and protein change, depending on pressure and time.
