We have a customer in Bosnia and Herzegovina, they purchased our waterjet cutting machine in 2021, but because of the COVID-19 we cannot go there to install and debug the machine. After the customer installed the waterjet machine by himself under our video guidance, it has not been put into operation due to technical problems. This year China opened up, our engineer flew there and spent three days on after-sales installation and debugging and training of technical staff, which quickly solved the problem and made the machine run normally. Our professional technical support have been praised by customers.

This client is in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, their factory was built in 2022, and mainly producing environmental wooden house that can be pulled out into the wild or the mountains by car, they use our waterjet cutting machine mainly to cut the marble and tile which are needed for the decoration of wooden houses for making kitchen countertops and floor tiles.

This is a Max series 5axis waterjet cutter YCWJ-3742-L2565/MAX5, with below parameters:

-Bevel axis (A): ±45°

-Rotary axis (C): ±540°

-Control accuracy: ±0.01mm

-Angle accuracy: 0.01°

-Length of X axis: 2500mm

-Length of Y axis: 6500mm
