In this aerospace industry, our water jet machine is not only suitable for cutting carbon fiber composite materials that vary in size from 1mm to 150mm, but it is also used to cut a vast array of metal materials such as titanium and its alloy, inconel, brass, aluminum and its alloy, stainless steel, and so forth. Equipped with a fully-integrated, 6-axis motion controller, the waterjet cutting system can provide high-precision metal cutting solutions for fuselage, aircraft tail, aerofoil, turbine blade, switch panel, up to 8inch thick sheet metal parts, as well as the rubber and plastic components that require smooth cuts and no layer.
