Publish Time: 2018-08-11     Origin: Site

On August 3th, 2018, our company ushered in a client who came from Egypt. The customer came to check and accept the 4m*3m water jet machine with roll-over stand bought from our company.

The client asked our engineer to cut the glass with his machine on the spot and was satisfied with the sample after cutting.

Water jet roll-over stand combined with ultra-high pressure water jet cutting machine can solve the problem of mass production and frequent loading and unloading, effectively reduce material loss, improve work efficiency, can be widely used in glass, stone and other cutting industries. Its overturning angle is 70 degrees, and the maximum carrying weight is 350kg.

  • YC Waterjet Technology Co., Ltd. introduces its **Dual Gantry Large Waterjet Cutting Machine**, a breakthrough solution engineered for industrial precision and scalability. Combining a rigid dual-beam structure (12-meter span), multi-head flexibility, and 5-axis dynamic compensation, this system achieves ±0.05 mm repeatability while cutting materials up to 200 mm thick. Powered by the energy-efficient SERVO50 pump and WEIHONG-V9 intelligent controls, it addresses complex applications in aerospace, automotive, and architectural sectors. Backed by CE certification and global partnerships, YC Waterjet reaffirms its leadership in delivering cutting-edge, sustainable manufacturing technologies.
  • In today’s rapidly advancing world, industries like automotive, aerospace, and industrial machinery manufacturing are constantly seeking ways to improve their processes, reduce production costs, and achieve higher levels of precision.
  • Waterjet cutting is one of the most innovative and versatile methods for cutting a wide variety of materials. It has quickly gained popularity across many industries due to its ability to achieve precise cuts, especially in materials that are difficult or impossible to cut with traditional methods like laser or plasma cutting.
