YC has been kept concentrating on manufacturing the best water jet cutting machines since the year 2005. We can provide customized solutions for different customers and applications
We have a model of mini waterjet cutting machine L0808, it is gantry structure and the dimension is 800mm*800mm, and there are many other cases of small water jet cutting machine, such as 1000mm*1000mm, 1300mm*1300mm 1500*1500mm and so on.
Our abrasive water jet machine also can be very big(details see‘Large Gantry Type’), We've done a lot of cases, such as 2000mm*6000mm,4000mm*8000mm,3000mm*12000mm, the largest waterjet machine we have built that can be transported is 4000mm*12000mm.
Not only the X&Y axis can be designed as your requirements, but also the Z axis (150mm-1000mm).

The water jet cutting platform provides a highly rigid structure to support heavy items. It is driven by a servo motor ,thus assuring our customers stable transmission. Additionally, this waterjet machine can be configured with a double/multiple cutting head. The X and Y axis are designed to be fully enclosed for protection against dust. To ensure high precision and durability, we adopt HIWIN linear guide ways, TBI or German I+F ball screws, and Mitsubishi or Yaskawa servo drive system.

Structure features of Water Jet Cutting Table:

Superior precision and stability are guaranteed by the casting beam and base frame of Y-axis.
Lathe bed and water tank are non-detachable, After the annealing treatment of whole machine table (to eliminate the stress of 95%), it is much better than the VSR (to eliminate the stress is 35%),It can ensure the accuracy and stability in long time. 
X-axis and Y-axis adopt high-precision ball screw and guide linear rail.

How is our YC waterjet cutting platform made?First step is heating treatment which achieve stress relieving,second step is Sand-blasting which is made on the water jet cutting table to remove the oxidation layer.Then the surface of abrasive water jet cutting table will be cleaner with higher roughness, enhancing the adhesiveness of painting on the platform of high pressure water jet machine.
