Australian End-Users and Agents Tour YC Waterjet

Publish Time: 2026-08-25     Origin: Site

Recently, YC Waterjet Technology Co., Ltd. welcomed two distinguished customer delegations from Australia—one consisting of end-users and the other representing an agency partner. The two groups visited YC Waterjet’s modern manufacturing facility in Wuxi successively, engaging in in-depth business exchanges and technical inspections.

Since its establishment in 1999, YC Waterjet has been dedicated to the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of CNC ultra‑high‑pressure waterjet cutting machines. As one of the world’s leading professional waterjet cutting machine manufacturers, the company exports its products to over 70 countries and regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, Canada, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. Backed by a chief engineer with more than 25 years of industry experience and long‑standing technical cooperation with internationally renowned companies such as Accustream/Hypertherm in the United States, YC Waterjet ensures that its products consistently stay at the forefront of global technological advancements.

Accompanied by YC Waterjet’s technical and foreign trade teams, the two delegations toured the modern production workshops and precision assembly lines. Technical staff conducted live demonstrations of multiple core waterjet cutting machines, highlighting the outstanding performance of the 3‑axis, 5‑axis, and dynamic 5‑axis waterjet cutting systems. The dynamic 5‑axis waterjet, equipped with a ±10° angle compensation function, effectively ensures cut surface perpendicularity, overcoming the taper issue inherent in traditional 3‑axis machines caused by jet deflection. Meanwhile, the 3D 5‑axis waterjet, featuring a dual‑angle cutting head mounted on a rigid gantry structure, adds angular compensation on top of XYZ three‑axis linear motion to enable complex 3D contour cutting. The clients spoke highly of the machines’ high precision and efficiency when cutting materials such as metals and stone.

Following the plant tour, both parties held fruitful discussions regarding the specific demands of the Australian market, technical challenges, and future development trends. YC Waterjet’s team proposed tailored solutions addressing the clients’ material characteristics and accuracy requirements. The end‑user delegation expressed strong recognition of the equipment’s practical performance, while the agency partner commended YC Waterjet’s robust R&D and manufacturing capabilities as well as its stringent quality control system.

The successive visits of these Australian end‑users and agency representatives have not only further strengthened YC Waterjet’s brand presence in the Australian market but also laid a solid foundation for deeper collaboration in the high‑end waterjet cutting equipment sector. Moving forward, YC Waterjet will continue to uphold its corporate spirit of “integrity, rigor, pragmatism, and innovation,” driving forward with innovation and a customer‑centric approach to deliver superior, more efficient intelligent cutting solutions to customers worldwide.
